Hours upon hours of Communist music

In this post I’ll have hours upon hours of Communist music to blare out through your speakers. Some of you might be wondering why I’m posting this up? I would say that some of this music is actually of very interesting and quite musical, unlike much of the modern music produced in the U.S. today. Honestly, most national anthems are horrible pieces of music and not worth listening to in of themselves. Understand that not all of what I’m going to post could be considered musically sound. I like the Russian/Soviet songs the best, especially many of the ones like Dyen Pobedy. The Albanian music is also very interesting.

Many of these songs really do have some heart to them and aren’t just shallow attempts at making money. Which ones do you like? These songs are sure to be a hit amongst your progressive friends also. One thing I will add is that many of these governments may not exist anymore, or at least not in the forms envisioned when many of the songs were made. Enjoy comrade!

The Union of Soviet Socialist Republics

The German Democratic Republic

The People’s Republic of China

The People’s Socialist Republic of Albania

The People’s Republic of Poland

The Democratic Republic of Afghanistan

The Socialist Federal Republic of Yugoslavia

The Socialist Republic of Romania

The People’s Republic of Bulgaria

The Socialist Republic of Vietnam

The Republic of Cuba
