Meet Sister Julia, Diamond of Islam

Salam alaikum, you kafir infidel you. Did you know that women in Islam are like diamonds? Did you know that Mohammad was a feminist? Did you know that Islam is the perfect system from Allah for women? Did you also know that Islam gives women protection after any bad thing happens, like divorce?! Let’s hear Sister Julia (Russian) explain in more detail:

Isn’t amazing that Mohammad helped his wives and children out? It’s even better when that wife happens to be a six year old! Na’iama also brings up many good points such as: go back to the Koran, you are required to say “peace be upon him” after you say the Prophet Mohammad’s name, and that Mohammad’s personage, peace be upon him, will make you see the beauty of Islam, and the Prophet would mend his own shoes. Indeed, the Prophet Mohammad, peace be upon him, was the ultimate feminist.

Prog_Off

All right, I couldn’t keep that up much longer. Progressives can claim that the “refugees” currently entering Europe are all peace-loving and kind people all they want though this does not make it true. It’s amazing how many media establishments are covering up who the criminals in a rash of gang rapes and attacks on New Years were, including ZDF, a German public broadcasting company. From the London Daily Mail the program editor had the following to say:

We don’t want to inflame the situation and spread a bad mood. The migrants don’t deserve it

The Cologne police chief Wolfgang Anders has had to resign over covering up the sex attacks by the Muslim migrants. Perhaps the mayor should follow suit along with Frau Merkel. According to a leaked police report:

When we arrived [at the square] our vehicles were pelted with firecrackers. On the cathedral steps were a thousand people, mainly of immigrant background, who were indiscriminately throwing fireworks and bottles into the crowd.

Women literally had to run the gauntlet through the mass of drunk men in a way you can’t describe ….many came to officers shocked and crying to report sex assaults. We were unable to respond to all the offences. There were just too many.

One of the other news stories from the Daily Mail covers how Frau Merkel (Time Magazine’s Chancellor of the Free World) has admitted that she has “lost control” of the migrant situation:

Now all of a sudden we are facing the challenge that refugees are coming to Europe and we are vulnerable, as we see, because we do not yet have the order, the control, that we would like to have.

Then there’s this brilliant comment:

Nobody should act as though you can have a common currency without being able to cross borders reasonably easily.

The Brussels Sprouts just can’t let their Euro experiment die can they? Achieving a monetary union before a proper political union is great policy right? Hopefully it’ll continue to tear the nations of the European Union from the grasp of Communists like Jose Manuel Barroso. Maybe the Alternative for Germany (which continues to gain votes) will do what the Front National has done in France to the Socialist Party.

I wonder why the socialists at Salon, The New Republic, or Slate aren’t condemning the vile actions of these migrant men? I guess when the offender is a Party politician or oppressed minority it doesn’t matter. Funny enough, when German citizens held some protests about the attacks by migrants the police were able to bring out the water cannons. I wonder why those weren’t brought out earlier?

Remember, we need to help refugees that throw back free food and water. It’s also important that we give the migrants a bunch of cash and high-speed Internet.

Remember folks, if you oppose Frau Merkel’s plan to make up for Germany’s extremely low birthrates you’re a hard-right, national socialist, xenophobic bigot.

Frau Merkel wants to keep her job

How much longer will Frau Merkel be Chancellor?
How much longer will Frau Merkel be Chancellor?

It seems that Frau Merkel believes her position as Chancellor of Germany may be threatened in the next set of elections; she now wants to “drastically decrease” the number of migrants entering Germany. From the Yahoo News! story:

Merkel has resisted pressure from allies within her Christian Democratic Union (CDU) to put a cap on the number of refugees entering Germany, which is expected to top 1 million this year.

Only one million huh?

‘At the same time we took on board the concerns of the people, who are worried about the future, and this means we want to reduce, we want to drastically decrease the number of people coming to us,’ Merkel told broadcaster ARD.

I suppose that Merkel is now worried about the future of her political career. What exactly was she expecting from her people? In Paris and Brussels New Years’ celebrations had to be cancelled and two railway stations were closed in Germany due to threats from suicide bombers.

Merkel, whose popularity has fallen over her handling of the refugee crisis, said the word ‘limit’ did not feature in the CDU’s main resolution which will be debated at the two-day party congress starting on Monday in the southern city of Karlsruhe.

Perhaps it’s time to add the word “limit” to the CDU’s vocabulary.

The chancellor added there was broad support in the CDU for her strategy to reduce the numbers.

I’ll bet there is; she wouldn’t want what happened to the Socialist Party in France to happen to her party coalition (CSU/CDU).

This included working with Turkey to fight traffickers, improving the situation at Syrian refugee camps in Turkey, Lebanon and Jordan, and strengthening control of the European Union’s outer borders.

How about strengthening the borders of European countries as well? How about E.U. member states regaining control over their countries?

Merkel’s conservative critics want her to get the number of arrivals down before three state elections in March and say her hopes of running for a fourth term in 2017 would be in danger.

I wonder if Merkel would admit to this?

Her critics say her decision in late August to allow Syrian asylum seekers to remain in Germany regardless which EU country they had first entered had accelerated the influx of migrants.

The migrants can’t get enough free stuff in Italy or Greece.

Here’s a video of these poor, oppressed, and peace-loving migrants turning down free food and water:

Germany still has to face up to the problems of a shrinking population and demographic death-spiral though. I suppose that this was Chancellor Merkel’s way of dealing with the problem; can’t expect progressives to have children right? Merkel has claimed that the migrant influx is a “opportunity for tomorrow.” in a New Year’s address to Germany. From another Yahoo! News article:

‘Next year is about one thing in particular: our cohesion,’ she said. It is important we don’t allow ourselves to be divided. It is crucial not to follow those who, with coldness or even hatred in their hearts, lay a sole claim to what it means to be German and seek to exclude others,’ she urged, in a reference to ring-wing populists and xenophobic street rallies.

I see that the Party media apparatus is hard at work. Anyone who disagrees with adding a million “refugees” a year and Sharia must be a xenophobe, right? I think that citizens of European countries are tiring of being called bigots and xenophobic. As I stated earlier the Socialist Party was crushed in recent French elections and the same may happen to the CSU/CDU in Germany soon. The United Kingdom is holding a referendum on European Union membership in 2017 and could easily exit the EU. If your interested you could always donate to the Leave EU campaign. Czech President Milos Zeman called the recent immigration wave “an organized invasion.” The EU is cracking up and I wonder how many years it will last? Bets anyone?

SIGH-Some people just don’t understand permissible speech

Some of you may have recently heard about how some art critics from the Religion of Peace™ walked up to an art exhibit which blasphemously depicted the glorious Prophet Mohammad and were shot for their criticism. Obviously, it’s Pamela Geller’s fault that people died. In accordance with current media dogma, Pamela is at fault for daring to insult the Religion of Peace™ and slandering the Prophet. Why doesn’t she understand free speech must be state and Party approved? Why does Pamela go on antagonizing Muslims? Doesn’t she know that some psychopaths art critics might be offended by her irresponsible actions?

For anyone who still doesn’t understand the groupthink and doublethink, Communist News Network (CNN) Comrade Camerota explains in detail why Pamela’s horrendous actions should not have been performed. Perhaps it is time for the evil, imperialist, cis-gendered, racist, bigoted, and capitalist Pamela Geller to be report to the nearest Kommissar for re-education.

Fruits of the “Arab Spring”

I recently happened to stumble upon a video depicting just how successful the Arab Spring that President Obama was a big proponent of, is going. The video depicts Salafis in Tunisia and what they believe in. Just watch how much they want to live in peace and stand in awe of how they want to be in a prosperous, free republic.

By really any measure, Tunisia has had the least violent revolution and amount of bloodshed. The Tunisians live in a constitutional republic now. Compared to pretty much everyone around them, Tunisia is doing pretty well. If we turn our attention over to Libya the government that was formed after Gaddafi was removed from power no longer controls the two main cities of Benghazi and Tripoli. A civil war rages on and the body count continues to rise in Libya, probably safe to say that Libya is a failed state. But hey, the internationally recognized government is trying. One of the interesting things I should point out is that the Pentagon did more to try and stop the U.S. from entering the war in Libya than the State Department under Hillary Clinton did. The Washington Times piece on this aspect of the story is well worth your time. As we can all see, the 110 Tomahawks fired at Libya were for a good cause. I guess Hillary would respond to this criticism by saying something like “What difference does it make“.

We can then focus on Egypt for a few minutes, where President Obama and former Secretary of State Hillary Clinton thought supporting (and still do actually) the Muslim Brotherhood was a fabulous idea. If you work at the New York Times, you even think working with the Muslim Brotherhood, who considers the United States an enemy, to be a great policy idea. Mohammed Morsi was elected president of Egypt, for a short time anyway. After millions of Egyptians decided to march in the streets and suffer under the Muslim Brotherhood no more, he was deposed and al-Sisi was elected as president. At least the Muslim Brotherhood is no longer in power and Egypt is avoiding the type of war that Libya, Syria, and Iraq are dealing with. The Middle East Media Research Institute (MEMRI) translated some of the Egyptian Government’s thoughts on U.S. State Department officials entertaining meetings with the Muslim Brotherhood. The Egyptians couldn’t be happier that this is actually be allowed to happen. On a side note, President al-Sisi is one of many Arab leaders who doesn’t trust President Obama and is looking towards Russia for support. Is this how leading from behind works?

Russia's President Putin and his Egyptian counterpart Sisi attend a welcoming ceremony onboard guided missile cruiser Moskva at Sochi meal-reuters

We could also talk about how a certain genius came up with “red lines”, said he was going to get involved in the Syrian civil war, and then (thankfully) backed off. I wonder if progressives count that as a foreign policy victory? As we all know, Iraq and Syria are still in the middle of a war that doesn’t seem to be ending anytime soon. Both the Syrian and Iraqi governments are nominally supported by Iran now, which is always a good thing right? Is it even proper to say that Iraq and Syria are countries anymore? I wonder how many people genuinely believe that the Arab Spring is working out well? Perhaps it’s also time for some progressives to take Obama for peace bumper stickers off of their car. If we’re not really going to finish a war why fight at all? What’s the point in risking American lives if the current administration isn’t going to take it seriously? I suppose that Iraq is doing as splendid as Yemen right now, a real foreign policy victory. I also wonder if I should believe that no American soldiers are in danger in Iraq?

The Economist put together this map showcasing the condition of various Arab states. Doesn’t look promising does it? One thing not reflected upon the map is how the Yemeni government was toppled. If any information on this post is out of date, please let me know.

Thoughts on Saudi oil production

rtr4e8xk   afp-saudi-sights-set-on-us-shale-at-crucial-opec-meeting

Even with crude oil prices crashing down below $60 a barrel from a high of over $115 earlier in the year the Saudis simply refuse to allow OPEC production to drop any significant amount. After a few months of such prices Iran is now begging for mercy from the Saudis and are again asking for a drop in OPEC oil production. Some would believe Saudi refusal is an attempt to harm U.S. shale oil producers, though shale production is easily scaled and that would probably just be a bonus in addition to harming Saudi Arabia’s real strategic threat, Iran. Saudi Arabia and Iran are supporting opposite sides, or having proxy wars in Bahrain, Lebanon, Iraq, Syria, and Yemen. They are fighting each other for influence in the Arab world and also hate the religion of their opponents (Shi’ite vs. Sunni). Iran has the desire for a Persian Empire while Saudi Arabia has its own ideas of what should happen in the Middle East. In light of Iran’s economic distress and Saudi Arabia’s ability to deal with low oil prices for years to come, this is one of the best ways to slow down (not stop) Iran’s attempt at producing a nuclear weapon. I suppose we’ll see who’s victorious soon enough.

For_Some_Nations,_Saudi_Arabia's-e8b01b7e734298839997f91516d641bf  screen shot 2014-12-17 at 11.02.41 am

Watch and listen to what the Saudis think of Iran and its ambitions for empire and influence.

It’s not like the U.S. or E.U. is going to stop Iran, it might be left up to Saudi Arabia and Israel. It’s pretty common for Iranians and their supporters to laugh at U.S. leadership. The talks in Vienna certainly won’t be what stops Iran from making nuclear weapons, especially if John Kerry is the one talking.
